Kaairos — Terms of Service
Kaairos ("the Service") is a browser-based video-editing studio that lets you create and edit short videos and, optionally, publish them to third-party accounts you connect (such as TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your content
You retain all rights to the videos, audio, images and text you create or upload ("Your Content"). Kaairos claims no ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use and publish it.
2. Publishing to third-party platforms
When you choose to share a video to a connected platform, you authorise Kaairos to upload that specific video and create the post on your behalf, using access you grant through that platform's official sign-in. Kaairos only publishes content you have explicitly selected and chosen to share — never automatically, in bulk, or without a direct action from you. Each destination platform's own terms and community guidelines apply to what you publish there; you are responsible for complying with them.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the terms of any platform you publish to. You agree not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
4. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube and others). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Kaairos is not responsible for the availability, behaviour or policies of those platforms.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publishing to any third-party platform will always succeed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaairos and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of content, arising out of your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
